We are hiring a results-driven Senior Media Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
• Adult networks such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, and JuicyAds
This is a fully remote position for someone experienced in performance marketing, tracking, scaling, and managing budgets efficiently.
You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining compliance across platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns
• Manage search, display, native, social, and adult traffic campaigns
Optimization & Scaling
• Optimize for CPA, ROAS, CPL, and LTV
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audiences
• Scale winning campaigns (vertical & horizontal scaling)
• Manage placement-level optimization (adult traffic)
Tracking & Attribution
• Configure server-side tracking & postbacks
• Work with GA4, GTM, and third-party trackers
Reporting

🔧 Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years experience managing paid media
• Experience handling $50K+ monthly ad spend
• Strong understanding of:
• Conversion tracking & attribution
• Placement optimization (adult networks)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset & data-driven decision making
