Always Home, an innovative SaaS application designed for apartment dwellers, is on the lookout for a freelance Product Manager with a focus on user acquisition strategies. The app is technically advanced, and we are seeking a strategist to craft a compelling go-to-market strategy that will effectively communicate its value and convert users into subscribers. This position emphasizes building a repeatable acquisition engine and achieving early sales traction, rather than coding or branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop User Acquisition Strategies: Craft and implement strategies that drive subscription growth and user acquisition.
• Build Sales Funnels: Create sustainable sales funnels to ensure ongoing growth.
• Channel Identification and Testing: Identify potential acquisition channels such as paid advertisements, partnerships, and referral programs, and conduct testing for effectiveness.
• Messaging Optimization: Enhance messaging to effectively communicate the app’s unique value proposition.
• Onboarding Flow Design: Develop onboarding processes that maximize user conversion and retention.
• Campaign Execution: Translate strategic plans into actionable and measurable campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze data to refine and optimize acquisition tactics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical teams to align product features with growth objectives.
• Sales-Minded Leadership: Lead with a focus on tying decisions back to user growth and revenue.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with expertise in sales and growth.
• Demonstrated success in building acquisition strategies for SaaS or consumer applications.
• Proficiency in funnel optimization, subscription growth, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort with remote work and availability during PST mornings.
