Role Overview

We are a US-based consulting firm in search of a Senior AI Developer for a phased engagement aimed at evaluating and developing an agentic AI solution. Initially, you will conduct a short-term evaluation focusing on memory management and orchestration, with the potential for a long-term development role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical regression testing to evaluate the functionality of agentic AI software.
• Assess and enhance agent memory management and orchestration capabilities.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to seamlessly integrate AI workflows into client solutions.
• Utilize backend development skills, particularly in Python, to contribute to system architecture.
• Ensure the AI-driven systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

Required Skills

• Strong backend development experience, specifically in Python.
• Expertise in working with SDKs, APIs, and database integration.
• Profound knowledge of agentic AI development, focusing on memory management and orchestration.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working remotely with a global team.
• Ability to overlap with US working hours, particularly until 2 PM Central Time.
