Role Overview

SailTies Adventures is a curated sailing experiences platform built for sailors, by sailors. We are launching and scaling a premium collection of racing, expedition, cruising and mile-building adventures connected to the SailTies global sailing network.

We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta and Google PPC specialist to build, test and optimise paid acquisition campaigns from the ground up. This role is focused on conversion-led growth, efficient CAC, and scaling high-ticket, niche campaigns with limited initial inventory.

You must be comfortable working with early-stage data, refining funnels quickly, and optimising for profitability / not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search + Retargeting)
  • Develop full-funnel campaign structures (cold traffic, lookalikes, retargeting)
  • Implement and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking)
  • Optimise campaigns for high-value bookings and qualified leads
  • Build and scale lookalike audiences from behavioural and purchase data
  • Manage high-intent search campaigns targeting sailing races, offshore experiences, and long-tail niche keywords
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin to ensure sustainable growth
  • Test creative angles aligned with our “for sailors, by sailors” positioning
  • Provide clear weekly reporting and actionable insights

Required Skills

  • Proven track record running profitable Meta and Google Search campaigns
  • Strong experience with high-ticket or low-volume, high-value funnels
  • Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and event setup
  • Experience building and scaling lookalike and retargeting audiences
  • Ability to analyse performance data and adjust budgets strategically
  • Comfortable working with early-stage brands and evolving campaign structures

Nice to Have

  • Experience in adventure travel, sports, marine, or enthusiast-driven niches
  • Familiarity with community-based platforms
  • Understanding of long buying cycles and segmented nurture funnels

Scope & Time Commitment

  • Initial setup phase (first 2–3 weeks): 15 hours per week
  • Ongoing optimisation (thereafter): 8 hours per week
  • Contract duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
  • Location: Remote / Worldwide/ must be English

Hours may increase as ad spend and performance scale.
