Grafana & Data Modeling Expert - Casino Intelligence Hub

Role Overview

Join us as a Data Engineer/Architect to spearhead the creation of a 360° Casino Intelligence Hub for our licensed online casinos in Belgium. As we transition to a data-driven management model, your expertise will be crucial in building a robust Business Intelligence ecosystem that enables precise decision-making across Acquisition, Finance, Retention, and Legal Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture: Design and implement a high-performance Data Mart/ODS on an on-premise infrastructure. Centralize and clean data from diverse sources like SQL Back-Office, Matomo, Google/Meta Ads, and CRM to establish a single source of truth.
• Multi-Tenant Visualization: Develop a comprehensive Grafana instance to manage and visualize data for three distinct casino brands, incorporating granular filtering and advanced cohort analysis.
• The "Traffic Light" System: Implement business rules to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) using a "Traffic Light" logic to provide immediate visual alerts for metrics such as GGR, NGR, Churn, and LTV.
• 360° Coverage: Create nine interconnected pilot views that encompass the entire business spectrum, including Marketing ROI, Game Performance, Responsible Gaming, and Compliance, critical for the Belgian market.

Required Skills

• Expert Level Proficiency in Grafana and SQL.
• Analytical Mindset: Capable of handling complex queries, including Window functions for cohort analysis, and differentiating between live production data and historical aggregations.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in Data Architecture, with a preference for backgrounds in iGaming or Fintech.
• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

• Experience in the Belgian market or familiarity with local compliance regulations.
