Role Overview

We are searching for a skilled NFC & Mobile/App Engineer to enhance our mobile workflows, focusing on NFC scanning and secure authentication. Your primary role will be to develop and integrate NFC technologies into our core product, ensuring the highest standards of security and efficiency in device-to-cloud communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement NFC scanning workflows to enhance mobile application capabilities.
• Collaborate with NFC standards like NFC DNA, SDM, and 424 to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Develop and manage NFC authentication API endpoints for secure access.
• Design and implement secure tag verification flows to maintain data integrity.
• Build and maintain mobile applications using the Expo framework.
• Seamlessly integrate NFC workflows into the core product to enhance user experience.
• Ensure robust and secure communication between devices and cloud services.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Expo for mobile app development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with NFC SDKs to implement and manage NFC functionalities.
• Familiarity with GCP for cloud-based solutions and services.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of cryptographic verification systems to enhance security protocols.
• Experience with secure identity systems for user authentication.
• Background in IoT or hardware-adjacent technologies to support NFC implementations.
