WordPress Developer - Part-time - Americas, Europe (3h Overlap with CST - US)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who excels in creating custom themes and plugins using PHP and Elementor Pro. This role focuses on building high-performance, scalable content and video-driven experiences. You will also be responsible for implementing advanced tracking and analytics solutions to support audience measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP and Elementor Pro.
• Build and optimize front-end components with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for seamless user experiences.
• Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for precise audience measurement and attribution.
• Configure custom event tracking and data layers to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Ensure scalability and performance in content and video-driven environments.

Required Skills

• Expertise in WordPress development with a focus on PHP, custom themes/plugins, and Elementor Pro.
• Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with custom event tracking and data layer implementations.
