Working Student for Water Treatment
Description
Based south of Munich, PFASuiki is a fast-growing startup working tirelessly to eliminate "forever chemicals" from wastewater streams.
We are seeking a Working Student to join our interdisciplinary team.
This role sits at the intersection of science and technology, uniting expertise in analytical chemistry, reactor design, and materials science. You will gain hands-on experience with advanced experimental systems and analytical methods while directly contributing to PFAS destruction research.
Tasks
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Running and monitoring experimental water treatment setups to evaluate and optimize process efficiency
• Recording and analyzing process parameters and maintaining experimental logs
• Preparing samples for membrane/activated carbon filter tests and collecting samples for analysis verification
• Assisting in the assembly and modification of bench scale filter setups
Requirements
What you must bring:
• Currently a student in Environmental/Chemical/Process Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in laboratory work focused on water treatment processes
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• You enjoy collaborating in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
