Your mission
We are looking for a Head of Media Sales (f/m/x, international). A key role to strategically build, scale, and shape L1VE’s international media sales business with innovative advertising L1VE, technology, entertainment, and creative brand communication come together — and you will be the central link between media products, Brand Partnerships, Consulting, Product, and our global partners.
The Media Sales division is a core pillar of our value chain: it monetizes reach, attention, and brand integration through innovative media products — from classic formats to immersive, data-driven Head of Media Sales, you are responsible for the strategic development, positioning, and scaling of L1VE’s international media sales business.This role combines strategic product thinking, sales expertise, and ad-tech understanding — and is aimed at a leader who masters both the commercial and technological side of media business.
Your Tasks
Media Sales Strategy & Product Development
- Develop a L1VE-specific media sales strategy leveraging platform data, audience insights, and technology capabilities
- Build a portfolio of classic, non-traditional, and immersive advertising products (e.g., Special Ads, Branded Moments, Presentings, Integrations)
- Monetize reach via revenue models such as L1VE Ads, L1VE Presenting, and additional models aligned with product strategy
- Define media sales KPIs, pricing logic, and revenue models
- Identify and integrate ad-tech solutions and data layers to make advertising impact measurable and scalable
Ad Operations & Implementation
- Develop tailored ad operations structures — internally or via external partners — for market-ready rollout
- Ensure efficient campaign management, delivery, and optimization of all media formats on the L1VE platform
- Build a media sales workflow that combines creative, technological, and commercial aspects
- Ensure brand safety, data integrity, and performance tracking
Commercial Impact
- Build a scalable media sales revenue model as part of L1VE’s overall growth
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Consulting, and Product to develop integrated offerings
- Represent L1VE at international agencies, media networks, and industry events
Your profile
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad operations, or ad-tech business development
- Deep knowledge of programmatic, video, immersive advertising, and data-driven campaigns
- Experience building new media products and developing sales strategies in a tech or platform environment
- Strong understanding of media technology infrastructures, reach logic, and KPI management
- Extensive network in international media and agency environments
- Experience negotiating and executing media deals at C-level
- Creative, analytical, and commercially minded personality with a startup mentality

Educational Requirements
- University degree in Media Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media Technologies
- Alternatively: proven professional experience in media sales or ad-tech with measurable success
- Further qualifications in digital advertising, programmatic, data analytics, or media innovation are an advantage
Language Requirements
- English and German: fluent to native proficiency
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus
