Join Sandvik's Group Finance Systems team as a Finance Application Specialist and help drive efficient financial processes for thousands of users globally. About Your Team Our team is responsible for Sandvik's global financial reporting and consolidation system and the connected Group Finance Datawarehouse. We aim to successfully provide process and information owners with methods, tools, and guidance for efficient financial processes. By joining us, you'll be part of a competent and supportive team. You'll collaborate across the organization, engage with diverse stakeholders, and directly influence how our financial processes serve thousands of users globally.

About Your Job You'll work on developing and maintaining OneStream, Sandvik's core financial reporting and consolidation system. Day-to-day, you'll handle business requirements from stakeholders and implement them into the system whether that means modifying existing code in C# or, or building new functionality. You'll also provide hands-on support to finance teams when they need help with the system, troubleshoot issues, and train users.

Right now, we're working on projects like:

· Integrating key financial reporting processes directly into OneStream

· Exploring ways to implement AI functionality in our processes

· Improving performance and functionality to further streamline the closing and reporting processes at Sandvik

You'll be involved in these initiatives while also handling the day-to-day work of keeping the system running smoothly during monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.

Who you are You're an analytical problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities. You work systematically and thoroughly, bringing fresh ideas to the table. You're comfortable working independently but know that teamwork and knowledge-sharing are key.

What You Bring to the Team

· 3-5 years of experience working with financial reporting and consolidation systems.

· Ability to understand and analyze code in C#,, or similar.

· Deep understanding of financial processes and close procedures in international environments.

It's a plus if you have experience with OneStream, Power BI, or AI-assisted coding tools. A development background, ERP knowledge, or Swedish language skills are also meritorious.

Location This position is primarily based in Stockholm (World Trade Center), but we're open to the right competence elsewhere.
