Working Hours: Shift work - 7:00-16:00 / 10:00-19:00, alternating Fridays. Key Responsibilities Responsibility for HVAC systems and handling air conditioning malfunctions Supervision and process control, including managing and overseeing contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality and compliance with site safety and security procedures Operation of infrastructure and HVAC-related projects Proven experience and broad knowledge in operating and managing BMS systems Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and maintaining systems and infrastructure Providing fast and effective response to critical malfunctions, including 24/7 availability in urgent cases Documenting actions in fault management systems and maintenance reports.Requirements: Certified HVAC technician with a valid electrical license for HVAC systems Certified electrician license - an advantage Knowledge of ESG standards and energy efficiency in HVAC systems At least 8 years of proven experience in industrial HVAC systems, cooling towers, water condensation systems, server rooms, VRF systems, and building management systems Ability to work in a computerized environment, including management systems and Office applications Good level of English High responsibility and reliabilityThis position is open to all candidates. Hide
