לפני 15 שעות חברה חסויה Location: Job Type: We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator The role includes: Manage and coordinate ongoing administrative processes within the HR department, including task XXXX XXXX, data updates and work in accordance with organizational procedures Collect, consolidate, and monitor information from multiple internal systems in order to maintain organization and provide an up to date operational overview Work regularly with internal information systems, including data entry, ongoing updates and information extraction as needed Produce operational and tracking reports to support internal control and decision making processes Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the team and managers, including coordination, follow up and assistance with changing tasksRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Economics- an advantage Previous experience in an administrative role- required Ability to work with internal systems and strong technological orientation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamThis position is open to all candidates.
