Lead development of new technologies in textile printing (new inks, workflows, and systems) Identify gaps and opportunities and suggest performance improvements Develop and deliver optimized solutions with clear performance metrics and measurable KPIs Write software/system specifications, algorithms, procedures, project steps, and test plans Lead cross-functional work groups within the R&D matrix Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer needs Plan, conduct, and analyze experiments using existing systems and prototypes Analyze and present complex multi-component technical issues Support Customer Service and Development departments Lead projects independently, end-to-end.Requirements: What Should You Have? At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or System Engineer (mandatory) B.Sc. in Engineering/Science or equivalent (mandatory); M.Sc. - advantage Proven ability to lead technical forums (task force, work group, or project) Creative, data-driven problem solver, fast learner, results-oriented Strong communication and presentation skills High level of English Willingness to travel up to 15% Advantages: Experience with analytical/modeling tools (LabVIEW, Python, Matlab, JMP, etc.) Deep understanding of color management and RIP technologies Proficiency in Photoshop Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and with diverse stakeholders.This position is open to all candidates. Hide
