You will support the analytical backbone of the Duty Drawback program, helping optimize one of our most impactful operational processes. Responsibilities: Analyze operational data to support drawback claim generation and compliance. Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for program visibility. Support merchant eligibility and participation analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities. Collaborate with Developers, Product and BI to ensure data accuracy, availability and integrity. Prepare data extracts for audits and compliance checks. Support improvements in data workflows, automation, and reporting.Requirements: 2 years experience as a data analyst BA/BS degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or similar - Mandatory. Strong Excel + working SQL skills - Mandatory. Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). English proficiency. Detail-oriented analytical mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
