We are seeking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: * Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwide * Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video calls * Provide application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms * Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved * Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided
