Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from design through production, taking responsibility for technical decisions and their outcomes Platform Architecture: Design and evolve scalable backend systems that power our core products Infrastructure & Reliability: Build robust, high-performance APIs and services that handle production workloads at scale Developer Experience: Create internal tools and frameworks that accelerate development across the organization Technical Leadership: Drive architectural discussions, mentor team members, and raise the bar for engineering qualityRequirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience building high-performance, scalable SaaS systems Strong expertise in Python and modern backend development practices Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (GCP/AWS) True ownership mentality - you drive projects forward independently and hold yourself accountable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you move quickly without compromising on qualityThis position is open to all candidates. Hide
