Build at Scale: Remain hands-on across a modern full-stack environment (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes), contributing directly to production systems while guiding others. Solve Hard Problems: Tackle non-trivial engineering challenges, influence system architecture, and continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Innovate with AI: Apply AI-driven tools and practices to improve development velocity, reliability, and engineering effectiveness.Requirements: Experienced Engineering Leader: A senior engineer with 5+ years of professional experience, including proven experience leading engineers and owning complex production systems. Strong Hands-On Background:Deep experience working with modern stacks (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes) and the judgment to make pragmatic technical trade-offs. Technical Authority & Ownership: Comfortable setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and being accountable for outcomes across a team or domain. People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineers, balancing delivery with long-term team and technical health.
