The Account Lead acts as the single point of accountability for supplier performance across multiple product lines.
The role is responsible for the end-to-end commercial, operational, and strategic management of a key Contract Manufacturing supplier, ensuring alignment with business, product, and manufacturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Supplier Ownership - Own the overall relationship with the supplier, including governance, business reviews, performance management, and long-term alignment.
Assurance of Supply & Execution - Ensure reliable material and build availability, monitor delivery KPIs, manage risks.
Commercial & Cost Management - Lead pricing, cost roadmap, CI/CR initiatives, and negotiations.
PO, Systems & Data Accuracy - Execute and manage POs and GRs, ensure accuracy of pricing,
Supplier Performance & Capacity Management - Drive performance against KPIs, manage capacity, flexibility, and readiness to support demand changes.
Change, Lifecycle & Risk Management - Manage ECOs, lead time improvements, and EOL events.
Contract & Exposure Management - Lead supplier contract activities with Legal.
Sourcing & Business Continuity - Support sourcing decisions, dual-source strategies, and maintain robust BCP covering operational, financial, and geopolitical risks.
Invoice & Commercial EscalationsRequirements: Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Account Lead, Supplier Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Big contract manufacturer management).
Education - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical or similar) or Business Administration.This position is open to all candidates. Hide
