Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain extraordinary features Tackle tough problems in complex business flows and find creative ways to solve them.Requirements: An experienced software engineer with 4+ years of engineering experience and at least 2 years of experience leading a team. Experienced with large-scale web applications and enjoy touching every frontend and backend aspect of the application Creative, fast learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment.
