This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-growing company, where you will handle Accounts Payables, bank reconciliations, travel reimbursements and GL activities.

How will you contribute? Manage the complete AP cycle, including setting up new vendors, processing invoices, and executing payments. You will communicate directly with vendors to ensure smooth operations. Travel reports- ensure accurate categorization and GL coding of all travel-related expenses to maintain budget compliance. Serve as a pivotal figure in the monthly closing process by ensuring all expenses are accurately accrued or billed. Manage prepaid expenses and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Compile and submit monthly reports to authorities including 102, VAT.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper in global companies - mandatory. Certified Bookkeeper (minimum level 2) - mandatory. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken - mandatory Experience with at least one of the following ERP systems: Priority, NetSuite or QuickBooks. DOKKA and Mesh experience - an advantage. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and teamwork. Well-organized with high attention to detail. Strong Excel skills.
