Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of accounts receivable Follow up and engage with customers on outstanding payments and resolve any issues causing payment delays, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements Resolve Invoice discrepancies and disputes Work with the bookkeeping and accounting team to ensure accurate cash application is done in a timely manner and resolve unrecognized payments Work closely with the sales and account management team to escalate issues and cooperate on outstanding payments Process internal requests for address changes, completing customer vendor forms.Requirements: Completed a degree in finance/economics/business management preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2 years of experience as a Collections or Billing specialist Excellent English - written and spoken. Ability to follow directions, meet strict deadlines, and work independently Thrive on high intensity work environment and with a large customer portfolio Systems: Salesforce, Zuora (Billing) and AR Management tools - a plus.This position is open to all candidates. Hide
