Track and evaluate resource and material needs for production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Integration, Engineering, QA, and Procurement. Develop capacity simulations and identify potential production bottlenecks. Establish standard time mechanisms, validate production data, and analyze labor costs. Assess and improve the effectiveness of the production process.Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Practical Engineer also considered). 2+ years of experience in PP C / Production/ Supply Chain/ Operations. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Experience with ERP systems (MRP module focus). High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
