Youll create real impact by enabling our reps to move faster, engage smarter, and retain more customers, with the help of scalable tech and smart automation.Requirements: 4+ years in Business Operations Hands-on experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong, and GenAI platforms (Curser, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini,n8n). Ability to scope and deploy AI agents (e.g., research bots, churn predictors, onboarding copilots). Strong technical proficiency.
