לפני 2 שעות חברה חסויה Location: Job Type: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality Technical Support for end-users in a large organizational environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and maintaining smooth IT operations across multiple systems and platforms. The position is fully on-site. Responsibilities * Provide phone and remote support to end-users for IT-related issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and related applications. * Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies. * Support VDI environments and endpoint hardware. * Assist with network and communication-related issues. * Document incidents, solutions, and system configurations. * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and system integration. * Provide user training and guidance on IT tools and processes.Requirements: * 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support / Help desk roles. * Proven experience in organizational IT environments (medium to large organizations). * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365. * Experience with Active Directory and VDI environments. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and endpoint issues. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Hebrew - high proficiency (spoken and written). * English - good reading and writing skills. * Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities. Advantages * IT certifications or additional training courses in relevant fields. * Military technology experience (IDF / RAM or equivalent). * Familiarity with IT service management tools (ticketing, monitoring).This position is open to all candidates.
