Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' administrative needs, ensuring an excellent employee experience. Oversee and execute daily office operations, including facilities, logistics, and maintenance. Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and team-building activities. Support various HR-related activities as part of the HR team. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work environment.Requirements: A people person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture. Highly organized, with the ability to multitask XXXX XXXX effectively. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or HR support role is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important!
