and we are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role includes end-to-end transaction support - from analysis and valuation, through managing the negotiation process, to deal closure. You will work closely with companies, investment funds, and growth-stage businesses as part of a leading global firm. Responsibilities: Manage and lead complex M&A transactions end-to-end Perform financial analyses and valuations (DCF, LBO) Prepare professional materials: presentations, investor information Negotiate with clients, investors, and legal parties Work closely with Private Equity funds and international companies Lead a professional team and mentor junior staffRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting (mandatory) Masters degree (MBA) - significant advantage At least 5 years of experience in M&A / Investment Banking / Financial Advisory Proven experience in executing end-to-end M&A transactions Strong proficiency in financial models and complex analyses High-level English - mandatory; additional languages - advantage Personal Skills: Strategic thinking and strong analytical ability Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional integrity and ability to build trust with clientsThis position is open to all candidates. Hide
