לפני 6 שעות חברה חסויה Location: MerkazJob Type: Abra is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead and manage end-to-end release processes across Web, Backend, and Mobile platforms within a large and complex technological organization. Key Responsibilities Release Management Across All Platforms: * Own and manage annual and quarterly release schedules. * Plan, coordinate, and lead all release phases across environments: DEV, UAT, PERF, and PROD. * Manage release deployment processes for Web, Backend, iOS, and Android platforms. * Work closely with Squads (Scrum Masters, Product Managers, etc.) to ensure release readiness. * Coordinate regression, performance, sanity testing, and pilot activities prior to production deployment. Work Environment & Governance: * Lead weekly Production forums (including release approvals). * Manage ongoing status meetings with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams. * Coordinate and lead release risk assessment meetings. * Collaborate with Development Managers, DBAs, DevOps engineers, and external integration teams. Release Process Optimization & Governance: * Own and maintain Jira, Confluence, and other release tracking tools. * Continuously improve deployment processes across Web, Mobile, and Backend platforms. * Ensure releases comply with Information Security, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Professional Experience: * 3–5+ years of experience in Release Management within large technological organizations. * Experience managing Mobile releases (iOS and Android). * Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. * Experience managing deployment and release processes in multi-environment systems. * Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
