What Youll Do
Lead the full design process from discovery and concept validation to polished UX and UI.
Design Product Led Growth (PLG) experiences that boost activation, retention, and monetization.
Create new experiences that make customers and prospects feel the power of an AI-Native ITSM.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other designers to define and iterate on the user journey.
Use data, research, and experimentation to validate and optimize design decisions.
Build and maintain a consistent, scalable visual language across the product.
Leverage AI tools throughout your workflow to design, validate, and ship faster.Requirements: 5+ years of experience deg SaaS B2B that excel in PLG products. Experience with AI-first products. Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs with business goals. Excellent UX and visual design skills with attention to detail. Experience with complex products. Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, pragmatic, and able to thrive in ambiguity. A collaborative team player with fluent English.This position is open to all candidates. Hide
