Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership across the organization.Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong AI/ML focus. Proven experience deg and shipping GenAI systems to production. Deep expertise in LLMs, agents, orchestration, and RAG pipelines. Strong backend and cloud architecture skills (AWS preferred). Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
