What youll do Lead and mentor a development team while staying hands-on with the code Design and implement end-to-end features Build and maintain scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) Ensure high standards of performance, security, and clean architecture Take part in code reviews and CI/CD processes

Tech stack backend : NestJS (TypeScript) frontend : React Database: PostgreSQL Cloud: AWSRequirements: Proven experience leading or managing a development team Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and NestJS Solid experience with React Good understanding of PostgreSQL Experience with AWS (Docker is a strong advantage) Background in banking or insurance - a plus Why join us?
