Responsibilities Constantly optimize Email Deliverability, while scaling up send volume and KPI impact: Maintain best practices in deliverability, including monitoring domain health, list hygiene, and email authentication protocols Plan and Execute Email content Strategies to increase sales and retention: Detailed email calendars to promote events and personalized content to increase user engagement and reach monthly sales targets and business goals. Build and Optimize User Journeys and Life-Cycle campaigns: Design, implement, and refine automated workflows to reduce churn and create positive user experiences. Drive Performance Optimization: Use data to generate A/B testing hypotheses, execute experiments, and improve key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with writers, designers and other internal stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging email campaigns. Exhibit God-Level Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of email creation, from copy to design, technical setup and seamless User experienceRequirements: 3+ years experience in end-to-end performance driven e-mail marketing operations in a sales oriented b2c environment; proven email marketing track record of success in creating and managing campaigns with measurable KPI results. Expertise in email automation tools such as Ongage, Braze, MailChimp, Marketo, Klaviyo, and similar platforms. Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices & performance monitoring tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative mindset with an eye for compelling copy and design Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Mother tongue English, additional languages- plusThis position is open to all candidates. Hide
