This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, UX, and Data - acting as a strategic bridge between marketing needs and product execution, while driving measurable impact on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Responsibilities Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across mobile and web, improving onboarding flows, user journeys, activation, and retention. Define and track key product KPIs, analyze user behavior and marketing performance, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize ROI and growth. Translate marketing requirements into clear product and UX specifications aligned with company strategy. Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Design, and Marketing teams to support go-to-market plans and feature launches. Drive initiatives end-to-end, from research and strategy through execution and measurable impact.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the tech industry. Experience in B2C mobile and/or web applications - strong advantage. Proven experience in CRO, user journey optimization, and onboarding flows. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement. Experience working closely with Product and UX teams. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Suite, and Figma. Experience in Marketing Analytics / UA optimization - strong advantage.
