We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for an exciting, technology-driven company based in Gothenburg.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in managing client-facing projects and the ability to independently execute complex and challenging deliveries with full ownership and autonomy.

About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving data delivery projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered:

• On time
• Within budget
• At the required quality level

You will own the project plan, manage forecasts, allocate resources efficiently, mitigate risks, and maintain high client satisfaction. This position requires both operational execution and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project scope, plans, and timelines
• Define deliverables and milestones
• Develop and manage resource plans
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Own project-level forecasting and financial tracking (including P&L)
• Ensure delivery within budget and maximize profitability
• Handle change requests and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain proactive and professional client communication
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed on project status and critical updates
• Drive results in a solution-oriented and structured manner
• Prioritize effectively in an environment with competing demands

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in technical customer project management
• Proven ability to independently lead projects end-to-end
• Experience handling project forecasts and financial tracking, with strong P&L understanding
• Experience managing BPO relationships or workforce coordination
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong collaboration skills and experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams

• Experience within the tech or automotive industry
• Previous leadership experience
