Full-Time Waiter / Waitress

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, professional service at all times
• Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings
• Ensure rooms are presented to the highest standard
• Work closely with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas

Educational and skill requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-end, fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
