Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources aligned with NECTA learning outcomes and examination formats. Use effective teaching strategies (practical demonstrations, problem-solving, experiments, and ICT where appropriate) to improve conceptual understanding. Prepare, administer, and mark assessments; maintain accurate student performance records and provide timely feedback to learners and parents/guardians where required. Support examination preparation through revision programs, remedial sessions, and targeted interventions to improve performance. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment consistent with school policies and Tanzanian education standards. Participate in departmental planning, academic meetings, clubs/competitions (e.g., science and mathematics clubs), and other school activities as assigned.
