Key Responsibilities Learn and fully understand Fleeti operational workflows, systems, and service processes Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Oversee customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and service follow-ups Monitor account performance, renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract compliance Ensure high customer satisfaction and structured issue resolution Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates Coordinate internally with technical, sales, and support teams Track KPIs related to retention, service quality, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or related field 4 years experience in account management, customer success, or Admin Strong organizational and administrative discipline Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports and KPIs Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Compulsory) Language fluency
