For the role ofAI Change Agentwe look for an individual that can help organizations to progress and mature on their AI Journey and requires good understanding of AI adoption practices. This is a practical and hands on role which combines all the models, tools and resources at hand to accelerate the AI journey for partners and the ecosystem.

About the role

We are developingSvea-a shared digital assistant for the Swedish public sector. The initiative brings together technology, law, data and ai adoption to create a common, reliable, and secure AI solution for thousands of users across Sweden.

The project is now entering a major scale-up phase. As aChange agentyou will play a key role together whit the rest of the team. You work together and closely with a small cross-functional team of developers and data scientists. Your main responsibility will be to assist organizations on how to adopt AI in a systematic and efficient manner with a focus on value creation. Your work will directly influence how Sweden’s public sector adopts and uses generative AI.

Being an AI Change Agent at AI Sweden and in Svea includes being able to handle a diversified set of tasks, activities and skills such as;

Be a bridge between organization, domain experts and technical personell and understand and be comfortable in all those dimensions.Facilitate workshops on finding AI use cases using structured methods.Share presentations to inspire and educate organizations on AI for different target groups.Develop our own material, tools and resources based on your experiences from your work in the ecosystem.Being pedagogic and nuanced in explaining AI for different target groups and level of AI understanding.Hands on workshops with AI tools to show what is possible with small efforts and build more advanced AI workflows.Contribute to the overall development of AI Sweden.

And workwise, you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant environments/roles where change or transformation of some sort has been a dominating aspect.High-level understanding of different AI technologies and how to apply them in practice.Very good experience and knowledge when it comes to Generativ AI ( not only as a user)Documented experience to explain technical solutions and project results for non-technical audiences.Fluent in both Swedish and English

Location and employment

This role is based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, with regular travel within Sweden. You'll be part of AI Sweden's 100-person team distributed across many cities, including Gothenburg, Stockholm, Lund, Växjö and Luleå.

The role is project based employment for a year at a time with good possibilities for extension. We will start interviewing candidates as applications starts coming in.
