Babysitter wanted for childcare in Vancouver

We are young couple of Colombian immigrants. Im a designer and my wife is a biologist, currently on mat leave. Recently became parents. Our baby is 3 months old, she is very chill and funny but can be particular about how she likes to be held. We would need a sitter just for date nights or on a night where we need a proper sleep.
