About the Role: You'll play a key part in civil construction and road maintenance projects, operating rollers and supporting the ground crew. This is a full-time role involving physical work, occasional travel outside Hamilton, and a mix of machine operation and labouring tasks. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all plant and vehicles are presented, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently, in line with site and legal requirements.
