Our Supply Chain & Operations practice is part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting and focuses on key topics for CEOs, COOs, Supply Chain and Procurement Chief Officers. Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations team is a world leading practice with a local presence in the Nordics and Sweden.

The team’s expertise ranges from Business Process Management, Demand Planning and Forecasting, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics & Fulfilment and Operations Management (i.e. Lean Six Sigma). We work at the intersection of business processes and technology across relevant Nordic industries.

We are experiencing growth and are searching for excellent business-driven Consultants to our offices in Sweden (preferably Stockholm; Malmö/Gothenburg optional), with experience from the Products Industries (Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Industrials, Life Sciences) and in one or several of the SC&O areas: Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, Sales and Operations Planning, E2E Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement and Operating models.

Examples of recent Supply Chain projects in the Nordics:

Defining the supply chain network for a leading Nordic e-commerce company

Building a global Logistics Network including the sourcing of 3rd party logistics

Creating a Supply Chain Operating Model for a global humanitarian organization

Defining business processes as part of ERP transformation

Consolidating volumes across eight companies to increase group buying power and reduce costs, through strategic sourcing of direct materials

Implementing lean principles and optimizing inventory for an automotive franchise

Implementing joint Supply Chain process throughout a group of 11 companies, by leveraging a newly developed digital solution across the group

What will you do?

Address the needs of Supply Chain Officers and help them make strategic and operational Supply Chain decisions through value driven recommendations

Provide expertise and insights to our clients to help them build the strategic roadmap for their transformation agendas

Engage in transformation work ranging from operations optimization to technology-driven business transformation

Design and improve processes and organizations to position the Supply Chain as a growth enabler

Contribute to develop our Supply Chain and Operations practice’s assets and knowledge repositor

This role is for you if…

You have a passion for Supply Chain Management / Operations, Logistics / Transportation, Sourcing and Procurement, and an understanding of Operating Models and Process improvement

You enjoy using your strong analytical skills together with your ability to structure complex issues. You can do this in a proactive and outcome-oriented way without compromising on the quality of work/deliverables

You can quickly build and maintain strong relationships to the clients you work with, and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environment

You believe that the Supply Chain can make a difference to make the world we live in better and more sustainable

You are ready to work on longer Supply Chain projects and programs.

You can travel when required, depending on client and project context

Job Qualifications

Who are you?

You have 3-10 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably as a Management Consultant or in similar roles involving operational improvement projects in large organizations

You are used to collaborating with larger, diverse project teams, bringing the Supply Chain & Operations aspect, and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment

You are able to identify and pursue new business opportunities by teaming up with relevant colleagues, and lead and contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work for the SC&O practice

You can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context and to the right audience, both written and verbally

You master Microsoft Office technology for analysis and presentations

You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Logistics, Engineering or Business.

Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English and Swedish (or other Nordic language)
